Q: Do I have to join the teddy bear club to get my certificate?

| A: Yes, but it is a very simple process and you will be able to keep your collection online as well as network with our international community of collectors. |

Q: How do I print my certificate of authenticity?
|
| A: After you have joined the Teddy Bear Club, find your bear, add it to your collection, then you will see a button under the bear’s picture saying “In Collection – Get Certificate”. Once you press that button, it will take you to the picture of your bear. Scroll to the bottom of that page and press the button that says “Print your Certificate of Authenticity” and it will generate the Certificate. Click on the Certificate; it will then load your Certificate and you may print it. |

Q: Why doesn’t my old user ID still work?

| A: You must set up a new account. Once you have your new account, you will be able to add your bears to your collection |

Q: Why can’t I find my bear?

Q: How do I delete a bear from my collection?
|
| A: You can delete a bear by going into your collection, clicking on that bear, scrolling to the bottom of the page and pressing the “Remove from Collection” button. |

Q: I lost my certificate of authenticity; can I get a new one?
|
| A: Yes, even though it has already been printed, you can print it again by going into your collection, clicking on your bear, and pressing the button that says “Print your Certificate of Authenticity”. |

Q: Can I get my certificate of authenticity through the mail?
|
| A: No, unfortunately certificates of authenticity will only be available only online. |

Q: I don’t have a printer, how can I print it?
|
| A: You will have to ask a friend to print it or go to a store local to you that enables you to print. |
