Teddy Bears Adds New Entree Irvine, California - July 2009 Just the mention of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory and your mouth immediately starts watering. If you have ever had the pleasure of stepping into the bakery section at any of The Cheesecake Factory restaurants around the United States, you have not only been able to soak in the aroma of freshly baked goods, but you may also have seen and taken home an incredibly delicious plush animal treat created by Herrington Teddy Bears. Well over 20 years ago, Chris Herrington was a server at The Cheesecake Factory restaurant. It has been said that The Cheesecake Factory was the launching pad for Herrington Teddy Bears. For more than two decades Herrington has been creating new plush designs for The Cheesecake Factory to be sold in the bakery as a memoir of your visit there. The most recent plush style to hit the bakery shelves is a 10" floppy-style, soft toy teddy bear in white or honey, a 10" floppy-style pink pig and a 10" floppy-style lion. Each wears a colored T-shirt with The Cheesecake Factory logo emblalzed upon it. The new floppy-style makes these plush animals uber huggable and squezzably soft. These little darlings are just hitting restaurant shelves now and may not yet be at all Cheesecake Factory locations. SRP:$12.95 each. ###
